Job description

The NAM region of the Grid Services business is looking for a Service Projects Controller. Under the responsibility of the finance leader of the region, the incumbent of this function will have as main mandate to support the management team in all financial aspects of the unit and the region. He / she will have to set up and improve internal procedures as well as financial management and control tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Control the profitability of projects in collaboration with the leader of the region;
  • Ensure the reliability and accuracy of management and financial information as well as profitability analysis of the various projects;
  • Drive project reviews with project managers to validate future costs and confirm margins;
  • Analyze and explain the results and deviations from the objectives and / or budgets, as well as prepare recommendations on the subject;
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and other "reporting" operations, all within tight closing deadlines;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with internal financial control procedures;
  • Participate in the budget process in place;
  • Be the financial contact for the unit with internal functions;
  • Participate in specific projects such as the improvement or implementation of new management tools.


  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences;
  • Member of the CPA Order (CMA, CA, CGA);
  • Minimum experience of five years as a controller in a manufacturing, project, or service company (ideally an international group);
  • French / English bilingualism both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of SAP, the MS Office suite and in particular Excel software (advanced knowledge required).
